We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, clean, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide return instructions by email, including where and how to send your package.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@petsarts.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, clean, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
