While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $39.

For orders under $39, shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

No hidden fees — you’ll see any applicable shipping cost clearly before completing your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

PETART is not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.
