Track your order

Check the status of your order using your order ID and the email address you used at checkout.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Need a hand?

For delivery tracking, use the carrier link in your shipping confirmation, if provided. This form checks your store order status; it does not show live carrier scans.

If you cannot find your order, including an order placed on our previous store, email support@petsarts.com with your order number. You can also sign in to your account to view orders placed through this store.
